Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservation Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment based on the type of service selected. Once payment is received, a confirmation notification with booking details will be provided.
  • Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for any deviations from the scheduled itinerary, including additional stops, extended waiting times, or requests for upgraded services.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Bookings can be canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost may apply.
  • No-Show Policy: If the passenger is a no-show at the pick-up location without prior notification, the booking is considered canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
3. Service Delays
  • While we strive to be punctual, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. We will keep clients updated on the estimated arrival time in such instances.
  • In the event of an excessive delay caused by the service provider (over 30 minutes), clients may reschedule or receive a partial refund.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Punctuality: Passengers are expected to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point. Wait times beyond 15 minutes may incur additional charges.
  • Behavior & Conduct: Passengers are requested to respect vehicle guidelines and the driver. Any damage or excessive mess caused to the vehicle will result in a cleaning or repair fee.
5. Safety & Liability
  • Seatbelt Use: Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times. The company will not be liable for injuries resulting from failure to comply with safety protocols.
  • Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Passengers are encouraged to check for belongings before exiting.
6. Changes to Reservations
  • Any changes to the reservation, including timing, pick-up/drop-off locations, or type of vehicle, must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled service. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
